Instructions for Configuring Forwarding Rules
- Go to "Users > Options > Restrictions" to access the forwarding rule settings.
- Enable "Hide Call Forwarding Rules" if you want to prevent users from configuring their own forwarding rules.
Call Forwarding Options
- Unanswered Internal and/or External Calls
- Same as all calls
- Voicemail
- Extension number (select an extension's voicemail)
For External Calls (optional)
- My Mobile
- Rebound (announce caller and accept/reject)
- Call Deflection (302) (forward at provider level, if supported)
Additional Options
- External Number* (optional for Rebound and Call Deflection)
- System Extension
- Send busy signal
Handling Busy or Not Registered Status
- Same options as above can be applied for calls when extension is busy or not registered.
Extra Features
- Also ring my mobile
- Accept multiple calls
- Accept PUSH notifications.
Note: If you want to restrict users from configuring their own forwarding rules, enable "Hide Call Forwarding Rules" in "Users > Options > Restrictions".
