Modified on Mon, 26 Jun, 2023 at 5:14 PM

To make and receive calls with our sip trunks, please follow the following instructions.

Login to your 3cx with your admin credentials.

Go to SIP Trunks and click on Add

Choose Generic and Generic VOIP Provider

In the main trunk no, enter the details we have provided you.

Enter a name for your trunk so it's easily identifiable.

Under Registrar/Server/Gateway - enter the relevant details provided. (Left blank above for display purposes only)

Leave Outbound Proxy blank.

Enter the number of simultaneous calls provided.

Your details will have a password as well. Please fill that in.

Decide where you want your calls to be received into. It can be an extension, a ring group, queue or IVR depending on what you have setup.

Caller ID, DIDs and other options

You can also set up DIDs if you have them on the trunk so that you can route different inbound numbers. Caller IDs can be manipulated here as well.

Other Inbound Parameters / Outbound Parameters may change how your calls are routed so please do not alter from the defaults unless advised to do so.
